Shipping and payment

Please note that all our products are fully designed, manufactured, and tested in Canada. As such, they qualify as originating goods under the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) and are therefore exempt from the newly applied U.S. tariffs.

The new 50% U.S. import tariff under Bill 338 excludes audio amplifiers and audio equipment manufactured in Canada. Therefore, our products are not affected by this new tariff.

Shipping to the United States and Within Canada

Canada Post (via Zonos to the USA, or ship within Canada)

Shipments to the United States sent via Canada Post and processed through Zonos currently do not support USMCA/CUSMA certification.

We will therefore use this shipping option primarily for relatively lower-value or smaller items where it remains the most cost-effective solution for the customer.

To simplify the import process, we will prepay the applicable U.S. tariffs and duties through Zonos prior to shipment. This is intended to ensure that the recipient does not have to pay additional tariff or duty charges upon delivery.

UPS ( not recommend to ship within Canada)

UPS supports USMCA/CUSMA certification for eligible products. Where the products qualify under the USMCA/CUSMA rules of origin and the required certification is provided, the applicable U.S. tariff may be reduced to 0%.

UPS may still charge brokerage and handling fees associated with customs clearance. These fees are separate from tariffs and duties and may be payable upon delivery.

International Shipping

For shipments outside the United States and Canada, we can ship via either Canada Post or UPS, depending on the destination, shipping cost, and your preference.

Please note that applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges may vary by destination and are generally determined by the importing country's customs authorities.

E-Transfer, check or cash in CAD$ (in Canada)

Bank wire-transfer or on-line banking transfer (worldwide)

Payment option with bank fee :

Wire-transfer in CAD$ to CIBC (CAD$30 charges for every transfer)

Wire-transfer in US$ to BOA (US$15 charges for every transfer)

WISE transfer in CAD$ to CIBC (no charge) (Click here to use WISE)

Important notice : We will not receive any parcels or return items ship by courier service (e.g. DHL, UPS, Fedex...etc) if those items are ship from outside of Canada, due to the un-reasonably high handling charges of those companies.

If you are not ship to us from within Canada but somewhere else, please use Postal mail instead. Otherwise your parcel will be returned at your own risk and cost.

5%GST + 7% PST for BC resident , HST for province with HST, 5% GST for province out of BC without HST.
