Q2.    Will there be any change in sound quality if I use different brand's tube ?

Ans :   

The answer is positive, different brand of tubes surely will affect the sound quality. Usually British tubes sounds more smoother, silkier and sweeter but sometimes lack of dynamics, American tubes sounds more bright and with higher definition but a little bit fast (except Western Electric tubes), Russian tube have a  rich mid but both high and low frequency is a little bit not as high definition, China tube always sounds too harsh and dry but the cost is the lowest, so those manufacturer for low cost productions will always choose China tubes. 

Overall saying, Russian tubes are the best price performance tubes available in the market, so almost every manufacturers use them in their gear for large scale productions.
