We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products, which is why we offer a one-year warranty on parts and labor, including 90 days warranty on small and medium size tubes and power tubes, under normal operating conditions. Extended warranty options are available upon request and additional cost will apply.

For your peace of mind, we offer a money-back guarantee within a 15-30 day period from the date of receipt. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with our gear for any reason, you may return it via postal mail, excluding transit time. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

All of our products are hand-crafted with the utmost attention to detail, and as a result, the cosmetic appearance may not be in line with that of mass-produced products. If you have particular cosmetic standards, please inform us prior to placing your order and we will advise you on whether we can meet your requirements. Different levels of cosmetic finishes are available at varying price points.

Please note, if you return your product for a refund for any reasons, a restocking fee will apply.

For Out-of-town / oversea customers:

In-stock new ready-made or pre-owned items : 100% refund minus 10% restocking fee if return within 15 days after received.

Regular standard design build-to-order items: 100% refund minus 20% restocking fee if return in 30 days after received.

Custom-order special features add-on items : 100% refund minus 30% restocking fee if return within 30 days after received.

Special designed products or OEM items: No refund

(transit time will not count, you will get a full 30 days of trial and evaluation period)

We are sorry that there might be a bit of reduction on the refund if physical damage or significant signs of wear due to abuse usage was imposed to the unit.

For Local customers:

 Local customers can return any of our pre-owned or new in-stock ready built items, if not totally satisfied with the performance within a 1 to 7 day trial period for a 100% refund with 5% re-stocking fee, when item returned in original condition. 10% re-stocking fee apply for return within 7-15 days. 20% re-stocking fee apply for return within 16-30 days.No cash refund afterwards but trade-in possible with further negotiations.

out-of-stock standard items: 100% refund minus 20% re-stocking fee if return in 30 days.

Custom-order special add-on features items : 100% refund minus 30% re-stocking fee if return within 30 days.

No return or refund for special custom design items.

For customers live within Richmond, Burnaby, New Westminster , Coquitlam and Vancouver area, on-site free delivery trial is now possible with just $250 per trip (for any in-stock models, floor stand speaker count as double trips), we will deliver the unit or units right to your door and let you audition with your system for an hour, and we will take it back after that, no string attached. Contact us to make appointments, pre-paid required.

For made-to-order standard design with quantity of two or more units of the same model:

100% refund minus 30% re-stocking fee if return within 30 days. No refund on S/H

For custom special add-on features with quantity of two or more units of the same model:

100% refund minus 50% re-stocking fee if return within 30 days. No refund on S/H

Any customer supplied parts will not return to the buyer if unit was return for refund.

There will be no refund of the unit after the 30 day trial period, and we will not buy back or consign any items, but trade-in for different models are possible.

Trade-in guarantee : within first year of purchase, the trade-in value of the unit will worth at least 50% of the original purchase cost (exclude shipping, upgrades and special custom designs) . If unit purchased and paid full or partial with trade-in items , the next trade-in value will count 10-20% less than pay by actual fund.

( Note : There is no return or refund for any deal with trade-in items involved, because those trade-in items might end up dead , or sold with much lower cost , so it is a non-reversible deal . )
