Within a 30 day period from the day we ship the unit, if you are not satisfied with our quality gear for any reason , you may return it by Airmail (no UPS/Fedex/DHL outside Canada please , we no longer will receive any parcel ship by either one of them from outside of Canada, for they charge an unreasonable high brokerage fee)  and we will refund 100% unit cost minus certain re-stocking charges .  (if paid by PAYPAL, an additional  3% will be deducted from the full amount) . Shipping costs will not refund.

In-stock ready-made items  20% re-stocking charges  within 30 days from our shipping date

Custom-build / out-of-stock items 50% re-stocking charges within 30 days from our shipping date

 * The customer is responsible for shipping costs and any possible charges related to return shipments such as courier brokerage charges or customs duty. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging .  

We are sorry that there will be a reduced refund if the original conditions are not met .

There will be no refund of the unit after the 30 day trial period, but trade-in for high model or other products is possible with further negotiations. 

30 day refund conditions apply to all customers worldwide except local customers.  

Local customers can return any of our pre-owned or ready-made items, if not totally satisfied with the performance within a 1 to 3 day trial period for a 100% refund minus 5% re-stocking charge when item returned in original condition. 10% re-stocking charge apply for return within 7 days. No cash refund afterwards but trade-in possible with further negotiations.
